Default Seniors getting divorced

I will try not to mess this up to much.

An elderly couple in thier 90s was at the court house to get a divorce. They came before the judge. Upon reviewing thier case he looked at them perplexed.
The judge said I not sure what to make of this, you've both been married over eighty years right? They agreed. You've both had long and vigoruous lives they agreed again. So I just have to ask why get divorced now? Your honor the wife said," we couldn't get divorced before the children were still alive."
