Default desperately triggered

I'm really upset. Upset isnt even the word. I was 'cruising/ the internet. I thought I was at a 'safe' place. I saw something that triggered me. I don't feel safe. I'm so terrified.

Ive tried ago hard to monitor the spaces I choose to be in at this point. The Internet can be brutal. I am so sorry you stumbled upon something that triggered you. Is there something you can do for self soothing? Meditation? Call a friend? I like to knit.
I know that space-when you're in it it seems nothing helps, but try just one thing. Try looking outside, notice the trees.

Hang in.

I was looking at a religious site. I don't want to upset anyone or trigger. So, don't know how much to say. But, something was on it. That triggered some of the abuse I went through.
