We care very much for one who cares

dear friends

thank you God for another day

why oh why
can't one thing
go right
after surgery saturday
came home to find my
bed
oh my bed
my best friend right now
went to surgeon yesterday
not what i had hoped for
the right breast is where
the cancer was found
along the stitching
center
there is a leak
the doctor looks at it
says
doesn't know
okay put bandages on it
said to change it daily go and see
him in a week

well it is still dripping
like a leaky faucet
it just drips drips drips

putting pressure nada
now i should be calling him
and find out what the heck
to do

so much of others problems
i have my own crap to deal with
Lord i know i'm never alone
i am tired so tired just let me sleep
this isn't a dream
it is a nightmare

how is it that so many
things big and small
all with major problems
i am not physically able
to wipe my butt without
bloody pain

and now i have a tiny steady
leak that the doctor himself said
he doesn't why
well if he doesn't
what the hell is going on with me
i'm not doing this
i am oh so overdone

may my God have an
angel lay their healing hands
on me

You have so much on your plate right now. Sounds like you need to concentrate on just getting through an hour at a time. Wish I could help somehow....I can pray, that's for sure! And you better believe I'll be praying for you, as I am even right now. Hang in there, sister.....God's got you in His mighty hand. Cast all your cares on Him, because He cares for you.

I could hardly believe it possible....
Call doctor....he must have some
idea of what is happening. You
cannot be the only one this has
happened to!!!!

I feel how low you are. I am still around, and I do care about you very much. I hope that the doctor will do the right thing and find out about why your wound isn't closing properly. sometimes they put a drain in for this kind of surgery. I had one when I had a bad gallbladder come out. Had a drain for two days, and it worked. Just a bugger to take out.
Wish there was some miracle prayer I could say to help you to feel better. That overwhelmed feeling is so hard to deal with. I am with you in spirit as a sister Eva. We are sisters on this earth. Is there anything I can do for you besides pray like crazy? I am thinking about you this minute. I pray your wound closes, and that your pain goes away and gives you a much needed break. Dear Lord, please take care of Eva right now, relieve her pain, and grant her peace. All the angels that visit me, I am sending right now to you. ginnie

Looking back, I remeber having a tumor(non cancerous) removed from my breast some years back. I had a drain for that too. So obviously there is a good chance for some leakage. Probably would have been nice if the doctor had put one in or else explained this so as not to worry.
