Default Can you have a herniation of cervical spine disc twice?

I am having some of the same pain in my left arm that i had when I had it before. I had one of those mini surgeries, whatever it is. I really don't think it is angina, I was a cardiac RN for many years and it is just not what was described but yet I would be a fool to discredit the fact that it could be. But it's also in the same pinky finger, right under my arm pit. it is more of a nueralgia than a pain. With all the other problems I have been having with my face i just hate to call the doctor again. I know it would involve another MRI and although I don't mind it as far as being in the machine it is expensive, i am already going to pay the co pay on a CT and the radiology fees. It is just so strange that the neuralgia in my face on the left side continues, not to same degree, and now I have it in my arm.

If your surgery was laminectomey, maybe. It could be doc didn't trim enough, more has oozed out and may be impinging a nerve. I had a 4 level lami, a year later I had 4 level cervical fusion.
