Today he says:

"It feels so good to return to the pain control of my SCS working on the low body! That upper body pain was SO outta sight!
I haven't had any pain pills today and doing well!
I look forward to working again soon. Being on NT with all of you dear ones is high on my list!

Heart Short Message 22 Aug

Feeling rough around the edges this evening. Calling it a night and going to bed. No fever. Some pain. Mostly just rough around the edges. I will be back.

Thank you for all of the wonderful prayers,
Mark56

Thumbs up Good to hear from you

Even though you're feeling a little 'worse for the wear' it's still good to hear from you out here, my friend/brother. Yeah, I know, you're not supposed to be on the computer but a quick message from you is still appreciated.

Praying for you OFTEN.

(((((((((( Mark )))))))))))

Good to hear from you. You've been in all our prayers, and I'll continue praying that each day is just a bit (or a lot) better than the previous one. As you already know, fusion surgery is no picnic and just takes time, rest, patience, and doing what the doc says. I know that our Lord has you in his arms and is carrying you through this time of healing. We're with you, too!

Gentle hugs,
Jan

Default All things considered.....

You are behaving fairly well. I remember the time I threw a birthday party for a grandchild the day after I returned home from having a bi-level lumbar disc/lam, complete with post op infection. Back then, I considered behaving myself not going out and getting the supplies. I just had it all organized before I went into the hospital and barked out orders from the sofa. It's no wonder my lumbar is trashed.
