Hello all. I am new to the group and found my way here because I have been experiencing some symptoms that I need help with. I went to the doctor a week ago with tingling in my left side - face, arm and leg. It started with the face and the doctor thought the face might be a sinus infection. After 10 days of antibiotics I don't think that was it. My arm and leg haven't gotten any better either. I went to see a neurologist yesterday and she did a physical exam which she said came out perfectly normal but she still wants me to get an MRI to rule out more serious conditions. I am now of course freaking out about the test.
Has anyone experienced tingling on the left side that has not resulted in a serious diagnosis? Can it go away?
I do suffer from anxiety and I have read it can be a symptom of that as well as of migraines which I have also suffered from in the past but this is a totally new experience for me. Just really panicking at this point.
