dear God

thank you for another day

i pray all well

the end of summer is here
the holidays are next
right around the corner
and even though we live
life one day at a time
my daughter starting
high school scared for her
she just got done telling
me
mom i'm not nervous about
starting high school it's
going to be just fine
it was out of the school
were just no more than 2 years
a boy of radical terrorist made
national news was caught and
never heard anything again
now i do not use this
example in any way it
is just the fact
as crazy as this deceiver
will go example the
unnecessary killing
spree through out the land
you are in denial
sending my child to the corner
store for quick if you run
out of something
basics eggs milk cheese
bread you get the idea
and she come home with
the altercation happening
my first thought guns
thank you God for bringing
her home
it is terrible
there is no other
store near by so
shopping is a must
still need to apply for
food stamps
i believe i qualify
and i can have someone
to go on my behalf
we'll get there
so now the way of the
world here at least
like this corner store
that marks up his
products to unacceptable
prices and he wins
but he's it i wonder why
come to think of it
i think of all i have to offer
and then say it is Gods plan
and have faith i will still have
the opportunity i have trust all
is the way it should be for a
specific reason
i trust and believe

blessed i am
having my daughter and baby
stay over
she is not only precious
she is fearless
for the moment
cannot get over how her
brain is like a sponge
and talk about monkey
see monkey do
brilliant she is
and beautiful
she learned 3 words
2 in English
dog and monkey
and gentle in
Hungarian
blessed all over
as she looks into my
eyes and just stares
then i'll start singing
you are my sunshine
and she watches my
mouth and tongue
and when i'm done
and i'll make her wait
for boom boom at the
end and she loves it
oh to have a chance
again is wonderful
of course painful
at times
grateful always
it is early rise
with my knees
and hips i move
gently as my bones
just crack away
it is difficult turning
one side to another
will try again

my chance to be
someone important
in her life she is a
true Eva strong will
she kisses when
asked and she picks
up the tiny pieces
i'm talking air at times
but she sees it when
she picks it up
the best part comes
she will come over to
you extend and offer
what she has and says

Its so good to come on hear and read your posts....you are always so positive.

I too can 'feel' the love you have for little Eva.....its truly wonderful feeling to have these babies around us isnt it....my granddaughter is 2 and she is just wonderful now....a little chatterbox but so good and well mannered....

Im sure you do miss everyone at work, I do too, I miss the social side as well as everything else, but who knows maybe someday you will be able to do something again....we live and pray Eva

Anticipating tomorrow's two week post surgery appointment, I had to come back and share the love I bear for all of you who come to this place. Together a special place has been borne out of electronics where we gather, some pressing a single keystroke at a time with a pencil eraser because that is what it takes to participate...... right Eva? Then all who write share of the love and blessings experienced in life.

Y'all bless me, that is for sure. I am so thankful to God for the ability to share here and learn of little Eva, hearing G'amma sing, of Corissa growing into high school, of Andy's wife making sure he does not overdo, of Rae's husband helping when she overdoes, because it is in your nature Rae, of Jackiey's flowers in the backyard..... then seeing that precious video Saffy shared today!! How about that???

I am blessed in the ability to participate here, and I pray always to be able thus to share as long as these arms work. Yeah, there is still nerve pain in the right arm, but perhaps with time and as the nerves heal from the neck fusion things will settle into a better way. I feel VERY POSITIVE about all of this. Thank you for all of your prayers and wondrous thoughts,

not understanding much

PROCEDURE: XR CERVICAL SPINE AP LATERAL FLEXION
AND EXTENSION

DOS 9/9/2011 11 MONTHS POST SECOND SURGERY

ORDERING DIAGNOSIS: CERVICAL FUSION SYNDROME

REASON FOR EXAM: (HE ENTERED) NONE SPECIFIED

FINDING: flexion, extension and frontal and lateral views of
the cervical spine compared to 8/2/2011.
There is a 4 mm of anterolisthesis of C3 on C4
with flexion which reduces to 2 mm with extension
Alignment is otherwise intact. There is anterior
fusion of C5 through C7


this information shows hematoma a major flag for a doctor such as problems with hardware, fracture, Honer's Syndrome
just to mention a few things that went array.

I am very blessed to have such a great family both here at home but also the 'virtual' family which we are all a part of on this wonderful site.

So with that in mind, I come here this evening to ask for your prayers.

I try to be a good Christian and I find the power of prayer is very good. So I am asking you all to please say a quiet prayer for me and my family for tomorrow afternoon. I know the Lord is listening and whatever HE feels is conducive will happen and hopefully whatever that is we will have the strength to accept it.
