Default botox for myofascial pain syndrome

I hope that this will help a lot of people. I have been up and down and all around for years. I have several autoimmune disorders and disease and syndromes. My MFP is horrible so we are going to do botox in the worst spots. Hopefully this treatment will last much longer than trigger point injections and lidocaine drips.
