Heart hi

Dear Pam

Congratulations and good luck with the move!

Love those turquoise leopard print nails, ah said, Oooooooh.

Glad those Ativans work... may i ask... do your instructions say to place under the tongue or on it? this confused me a great deal due to the number of terms for formulations vs. forms of administration: sublingual, buccal, orosoluble...

I have "orosoluble wafers" and the manufacturer insert says to place on the tongue or cheek. One pharmacist agreed under tongue would work faster, but the other pharmacist disagreed, saying the wafers must be formulated differently to optimize for sublingual absorption.

Hey, i stick them under my tongue anyway - just in case there is a marginal advantage! But curious what your instructions say?

Take care. It's good to see you ... and with such wonderful news.

Thanks! Mine doesn't say to do it under the tongue, but I do it. I am having three teeth yanked tomorrow, so NERVOUS! Anyway, here's my latest manicure, I hope it hangs in there for a few days, I am going to be really tired, so no fresh manicuring for a few days. I just pray it goes smoothly. *Sigh*

I love this hibiscus image. It's one of my favorites. Thanks for caring. I have been so busy with packing and organizing...I will have to take a few days off as I heal up from this. Take care, I'll check in again when I can. Maybe tomorrow if I can to let you know how it went.

It's so great to see you too waves, you and everyone who've posted and read this thread are important to me. I wish I had more time to do other things, in fact once we're moved I think I am going to start writing again.

Thanks bizi, Mari and Donna! I got back without having one tooth yanked. We're going to do them all (7) in one go with me UNDER general, instead of numerous locals. Set for November 6th. I am going to have a alveoloplasty too, where they shave the uneven bone of the jawline in order to make a better line for a denture to fit off of. I am just sick over this but it might be better this way. *sigh* So I have to just make it til then, and then just HEAL UP from that....And then travel to get dentures....Ugh I want this over with!

Dear Pam,

Is it possible to call the office to ask about the diet you will have afterwards?
You will need to have some liquid or soft foods in the house.

I hope that you will be o.k. until then.

Mari

They gave me a sheet with information and a soft diet to stick with.
