My Mood:
Default INTENSE headache

I don't know when it has ever been this intense. I think it generates from the base of my neck around when Dr. said I was having tension headaches a couple of months ago. It feels like a muscle spasm. I know I have some limitation of movement. I can move it but it sure hurts. Tylenol is doing nothing for it. I would call the Dr. but I have my annual physical on Thursday. Right now I have the drapes closed, it's dusk anyway and just a lamp on. I haven't slept well in two nights, was not a headache then. It started today while I was out enjoying the company of my 'okd nurses club'. I just hope I can drive myself to the doctors office. It is kind of dangerous to drive when you can't turn your head to check traffic. But I really enjoy being out without my husband, even if it si to a Dr. office.

Could be the tension filled luncheon you attended today. I get a headache if I laugh too hard and have a fast paced convo. Fun is stressful too.

Sorry that you are going through a rough patch Doyde.

Maybe a cold pack to the back of the neck and base of the skull will help...sometimes works for me.

In my thoughts and prayers
With love, Erika
