I just watched another Life Extension Foundation (LEF) webinar. This one was about sugar. It was so good, just like all of the webinars. Dr. Smith puts them together, great job, easy to understand.
He really talked a lot about Benfotiamine. I am so glad my doctor has me on that as well as other supplements. As I have said, my glucose/insulin is fine, but my doctor doesn't want me to have spikes and lows.
Oh, everyone is better off not using sugar (LOW level ok) and simple carbs, bbq'd meats etc. It is not just for diabetic problems.
This webinar talked about this also. Really good, does anyone else watch these webinars? I am a member there, not sure if you need to be or not. I love getting the magazines and you can talk to advisors etc. I took a ton of notes as usual.
