Default About SSI
Most of the time they make you wait for the letter. Very frustrating. In my case it was granted at the hearing. Exceptions can be made at the Judges discretion. My attorney said I was lucky. I hope things work out for you. ginnie

Well all Judge approved Sept 24 and backpay was released Oct 12, got backpay Oct 19 got award letter Oct 23 and will receive first monthly check next month.
It all went quickly and I'm happy.
