Red face new and glad i found this place

HI
Let me see...my diagnosis...I have herniated L4/L5 with S1 impingement..I also have spinal stenosis, degenerative disc desease, right leg spastic with contracted muscles, as well as nerve damage to leg and foot
I have had 2 back surgeries and now am starting with a nerologist to treat nerve pain as well as the spastic leg and so forth. I take a ton of medicine which makes me all over the place and loopy .
Don't have much support really. People see me, and I'm ok on the outside so they can't understand the hell which lives within me.
I'm glad I found this place..I'm going to look around.
