Default awsome

Hello everyone,
It is so good to talk to people that are suffering with neuropathy as I am, It first started for me in my feet ti went away and then I noticed it in the back of my legs around the calf muscel it has now spread to my arms and face and jaw.
I have also had bouts of raw tongue and the toungue is always a bright red and dry.
My question is that my B12 when tested was 405and folic acid at 18 and I would like to know how do I take all the B supplements which ones and what dosages I also have gastritis I would like to take B1 as well and can soeone tell me about magnesium.
Thanksyou everyone
Awsome

Hi there and welcome. I see you have been giving the proper forum to post on. The people who frequent the Neuropathy forum will be your guide. Do you know exactly what kind of neuropathy you have. What does the doctor say? Your B-12 level is LOW. Are you taking B-12 supplements? I myself take Methyl B-12. I had diabetic neuropathy but taking this supplement really helped me a great deal. Please keep posting and asking questions on the Neuropathy forum. You'll get lots of good info.

I hope you are having a pain free day!!

Melody

Hi. don't know about any Vitamin C poweder but I have a great story to tell you. This happened yesterday,. Yesterday I happened to pass a former doctor's office. She was my doctor 20 years ago. I recognized her immediately. I walked up to her and said "You are Dr. Patel, right?" She smiled and said Do I know you? I said 'Well, you knew me over 20 years and about 120 lbs ago., She said "OMG, you got thin", and we had a good laugh. THEN... I told her about my husband and his neuropathy. The first thing out of her mouth? "DO YOU KNOW ABOUT VITAMIN B-12??? I laughed again and announced:

DO I!!!!!

So doctors are catching up to us.
