thanks so much. the new storm doesn't sound good but nothing like Sandy.
things seem to be getting back to normal except for the poor people who lost everything. it is so immense I can't comprehend it. where do they start?
I still haven't adjusted to the time switch and i plan to stay up really late for the election. I have been so occupied with it. I haven't searched the news for the marathoners. somebody told me there were 47,000. we all think I think that Mayor Bloomberg is a very good mayor who just made a bad call by not calling it off earlier and saving some of those people money and other people angst.
I just heard we might get snow but rain at first and then later. here's hoping no flood in my apartment. this time i ordered peanut butter and saltines and preserves in case the power goes out. I was so lucky the last time.

I received a note from my insurance company that only the teva generic wellbutrin was pulled from the market.

Bobby,

Your post reminded me of peanut butter. I put peanut butter in my milk shake this morning instead of the almond slivers I have been doing.

Was the insurance letter to let you know that other versions are still available and that they want you to take generic??

Bobby,

I ordered PB2 from amazon. It is supposed to be Peanut Butter Powder without all the oil and sugar of regular peanut butter. I am hoping it will work in my blender concoctions of almond and coconut milk.

I take b12 because i have pernious anemia. I haven't tried b6 and didn't know about rosemary essential oil. thanks a lot. I don't sleep that well. I also have been wound up because of the elections. I haven't gone to the senior center in the past couple of days and don't feel like going today. I have been going for the morning walks with my neighbor and her dogs though. I don't feel depressed but I think underneath it i am depressed. it is hard to explain.
thanks again

today i slept late. I started feeling the depression was returning. I hope it isn't. I have only had slight depression for a while and wellbutrin seems to be working.
I forgot how badly the depression felt and colored my world until this morning hit. today i am going to try to continue to read anna karenina....tolstoy was such an incredible writer. I almost want to describe him as a dainty writer who packs a punch....yesterday i read the short story a dairy of a madman by gogol...wow....i can see why these are classics....i feel like crying but can't....
i am still coming down from the election and watching way too much television and exhausting myself. i sometimes feel i am drowning in it more and before.

I am glad that you are reading, try to not watch the news....too much stimulus. Hope your welbutrin works, maybe there is room for more increases in the future?
