friends

thank you for another day

ginnie is on the money
what more could you ask
a place of spiritually
what a beautiful feeling

i had the pleasure
watching Gods creation
at its best in my previous
apartment
i was on the 16th floor
facing the West side
the sunsets
would bring me to tears
now by the GRACE of God
i am on the 19th floor
closer to my God
on the East side
with the sunrise
soooooooo
powerful
you cannot look out at
the NYC skyline
in the evening
to die for
i could see Broadway
the lit streets with the
Freedom Towers twinkle
with its lights
the Empire State building
cluttered by other high risers
breathless
the apartment is beautiful
had lots of work done to it
the kitchen was gutted
including the 70's style
not very attractive
had tiles put down
the cabinets and counter
sink was put in Tuesday
the bedrooms are at opposite
sides of the apartment
the apartment is 1300 sq. feet
plenty of room for everyone ans some
a terrace to sit out on
and take in Gods beauty

my daughter and grandchild
are with me since the move
as she is helping me with everything
my little Eva has the run of the house
she will stay here as she too is
looking for an apartment
so it works out great
my boy was here yesterday
had homemade chicken noodle soup
it was great
i already see THANKSGIVING dinner
on my huge dining room table
and my family all together
priceless

as for myself
my pain
dictates
what when how
typing
i still hug the laptop
and rest my arm around it
and hold my forearm and
type with my pencil eraser
side pushes the keys
my hands are numb and
in excruciating pain
my med are the same
they do help
they haven't kicked in yet
it was terrible during SANDY
out of one of my meds for 5 days
went through withdrawals
dear Mark how i want to be drug
free
i get sick in the morning
until i take all my meds
it sucks
the physical changes your mind
and body have to go through
my pain specialist business is
in Hoboken New Jersey
the whole town under water
was taking calls only a day ago
a real mess being a slave to
medicine
the nausea is like morning sickness
the bowel changes
the stomach cramps
what more can i say
from my neck down to my toes
my surgery affected many parts of
my body
i want so badly to return to work
however in such condition
i am unable to do so
i have 10 more months
leave we will see
till then
just my regular doctors
must make many appointments
my right chest fake boob
behind them more right
still are painful
RSD neuropathy fibromylagia nerve
damage and then cancer
others are far worse than i
i just get very sad with all
that was taken away
it is what it is
as God is good
all his plan
i trust in my God the Father
his son Jesus Christ his son
that DID walk this earth
and his Mother Mary
thank you for another day

To arise this morning and view the gifts of those postings I just read and to receive the Thanksgiving Gift you have given each of us Eva brings a profound sense of BLESSING to the heart, soul, and mind. Visualizing the image of your family gathered around a Thanksgiving table in your HOME of such wonderful size for your peeps brings a veritable SMILE...... nay, a GRIN to my face.

I am praying even as this is typed to ask intercessory action on your behalf as you have needs a many still because of Sandy's wrath..... and for your many neighbors, known and unknown, who in the area and region are needful now and will be into the forseeable future.

May Thanksgiving bring an outpouring of appropriate and needed help of restoration to your region,
May God Bless and Keep you and all around you safe, feeling less PAIN, and personal needs met,
May you and your family KNOW God's arms are firmly embracing all of you,

I will pray that your pain levels go down, so that you can indeed be free of the medication. I do have pain, but it is not unbearable. What is cool is not having to live my life around the next dose. I think it was because of the prayers I got here Eva. Your Apt. Sounds beautiful. NY is holy ground. ginnie

To not live your life around the next dose of meds; I can only imagine how wonderful that would be. I am so proud and happy for you.

Unfortunately Eva I am the same. Some days when I feel a little better than usual I go and OVERDO it and pay the price

We get our new house tomorrow yay!!! So excited, but I know I will want to be doing loads, like painting and decorating BUT I won't be able to or allowed for that matter. But it's hard not being able to do all these things so when the opportunity comes around that you can...........we pay the price.....a right bummer!!

Well Eva I do hope you will be feeling better today.

Just have to share my good news NOW!!!

Finally got the keys to our new home today......19 LONNNNNGGGGG weeks after seeing it....its been a long struggle and the stress at times was overbearing. BUT we are here and so pleased. I want to thank God for all HE has done for us to get this far and to all of you wonderful people for all the prayers too. I pray that you are all in good spirits tonight as we are here and now we look to the future which I hope will be a long and healthy one....(must remember to take it easy )
