Default vitamin question

I have been taking b12, rla and benfotiamine. They have worked to relieve my burning skin however I am still tired throughout the day and the burning is still there just not as intense. I have only been taking these supplements for about a month. Do these take longer to work or should I switch supplements or add more?
Thanks Drew
