It's finally here. I had it pegged for last week..ROFL!!

I wonder if any one ever lived to see another one. These days, someone born on 12-12-12, could live 100 years to see another one. I heard this morn on Today show, that there are over 10,000.00 centurians living now.

Evening all...chilly today-finally feels like shopping season

My DS #2 was born on 12/12...can't believe he will turn 35 tomorrow!!

DH had oral surgery today...he's amazing-no pain, no swelling, & it's difficult to keep him still. It's quite a change me taking care of him...

Got in touch with my neuro. He put me on a low dose of Zoloft. I am so tired all day I have an appointment in 3 weeks to discuss how it's working.

Woke up this morning with the "I don't want to" syndrum. If it weren't for having to go potty and Cinderpaw meowin at me, I d still be in bed.

It's beautiful outside, mid 40s, sunny, dryer, so that's not my problem. may be wearing myself out, keeping in shape, so I don't get outta shape again.

OK my rant for the day. I hope you all are chipperer than I, today.

Went to PT today...after looking at how my knees just won't straighten she told me it might be time for those knee replacements that I've withdiscussed my knee doc; she told me on the sly he's excellent.!justa matter of fitting it in between the arrival of grand babies & Hawaii trip

Debbie, I have been trying to hold off on that talk. When I go to pt they have tried to tape my kneecaps since they are so out of alignment to get them to move to the center but it never works.

I am leaving tomorrow for Ohio so I doubt that I will be around much. I wish everyone a peaceful holiday season. After yesterday, I know I will be thankful to just be around family and watch my little nieces and great nieces have fun.

Hi Everyone!

I know I have been around much. I've lurked a few times but haven't posted. Life has gotten so hectic for me. I moved again right before Thanksgiving. Boy were my muscles ticked off at me. It took me a couple of weeks for them to chill out again. I still haven't finished up packing yet. I have my bedroom left and since no one sees that I'm taking my time.

I completely broke it off with my boyfriend. There was just no chance at reconciliation. He was talking the talk but not walking the walk. He said he was going to change and make things better with me and my girls. He really did make an effort. But that didn't last that long. It's been tough as we were together for many years (over 13 years). I am fortunate to have such good friends and family to help me through this.

I'm starting a volunteer job at a place that helps families who have lost a loved one to a serious illness or have a serious illness themselves. The families come together for support. No therapy, just socialization and support from those going through something similar. To start off with, I will be doing some office work for them once a week for 2 to 3 hours. I'm excited about it as it will get me out of the house and, more importantly, I will be giving back to the community.

I hope you all are doing well. I do miss coming here every morning and hope to start doing that more.

Welcome home Trish.

Well it's countdown to Christmas. I'm not ready but then I never am. I don't have the big Family tadas anymore, so not quite as nerve wreaking as was.

Doing a little each day to prepare for Christmas Eve. All the Pkgs have been delivered and ready to be wrapped to put under my little tree. DD will come over to help wrap, this week, with a bottle or two of Asti Spumanti.

I am having some MS fatigue lately, so I hope it all get's done. If not, the world won't end.

DD has ordered a Honey ham and trimmings for Christmas dinner, so, noooooo cooking. Just heating up and scarfing down.

DS came over and took me to the grocery store today. I got all the fixings for Christmas dinner. I hope the dessert (a Sara Lee Chocolate Cheesecake) manages to survive until next Tuesday in the freezer!! I might just have to make an emergency run to the store over the weekend......but hopefully not.

I still need to go to the bank to get some cash out for the kids envelopes. I get some knick knack stocking stuffer gifts but money seems to be the most wished for present. Makes it easier on me, too. Boys (grown men, really) are hard to buy for so I just give cash so they can get exactly what they want or need.

DS might be bringing a new girlfriend over for dinner with us on Christmas. He's not sure but asked me if I'd mind......to which I said "of course not"....so hopefully I'll get to meet this new girl. He so deserves a nice girlfriend. I hope this works out for him. Dating sure is different from when I was a "girlfriend" to late DH.
