Hi
today I get my lab results. yesterday i was freaking out. I was so scared. my friend reassured me and said if they were bad he would have called me and arranged for me to come in right away. I didn't buy that. all i can think about is the appointment. that has been ruling my life. I have been trying to escape by falling asleep early. I even missed the president's speech. then i wake up in the middle of the night. I also have my psychiatrist's appt this morning and have to tell him i lost a prescription. that scares me. I am a total wreck. I have just been obsessing this past month

I'm sorry bobby I know how tormenting these obsessions are,and I sympathize with you. Please do everything one step at a time.

It's easy to loose things when you are tired. This will some how work out. BF

I am glad that you get the results today...at last and then you can stop worrying about that. as far as the script goes, things happen. I once dropped a whole bottle of lamictal in a glass of water and ruined it, although it was funny because it was like a science experiment it just dissolved in seconds. she was very nice and just called the pharmacy and got another refill authorized. Did you run out of meds?

i have very high cholesterol. that is what the doctor is worried about and he put me on a non statin medication zetia. my diabetes and blood sugar is fine. he cut in half glimerpride in fact. he told me i should have called him and should feel free to call him. he said he would have called me if there was a serious problem. now i have to decide if i should eliminate eggs from my diet. the jury is still out and i eat a lot of eggs. i am still wound up. the psychiatrist was very nice too.

I am sorry that your cholesterol; was high. mine was high due to a high ldl how are your triglycerides? that is the more important question.

he didn't mention those. why are they more important? i will ask him on the fourteenth. i am still wound up. i am just making coffee and think i will read.
i am also wondering if now i can have the pastry at the senior center. now i am wondering about the potatoes again. my a1c was 5.6. I decided i won't have any more hard boiled eggs. I ate a lot of those. I will give up chicken skin.
all that worrying and i could have just called him....i am a fool

you just wanted the results in person as you said.
next time you will know that it is ok to just call for your results.
I have eaten and drinken what ever I have wanted the past 3 days....not good.
I think eggs are fine. It is more important to exercise
If your aic is low then so should your triglycirides be low also.

You low A1C and triglycerides are good. This says that your eating plan is working for you.
