Confused Possibly Anemic? Iron Deficient

A few months ago I had a iron panel done because for a very long time I had been feeling very exhausted, having no energy.

These are results of the test
Iron 43 Low Range(65-175)
Iron Binding Capacity 302 Range(250-450)
Iron Saturation 14.2% Low Range(20-55)

Is it possible I am anemic? Its rare for man to have iron deficiency, so what can be the cause of my low iron level?
