Flu is wide spread, so what do I do? go to a blues festival with thousands. Wish me good luck tomorrow. I got the shot, but I am a bit concerned. Have the handy wipes ready...

Ginnie, i had the shot as well. While I had body aches and a off and on fever; the pressure in the chest never got bad. Very little coughing as well. i do believe the shot caused me to have a less serious case.

Have fun and stay well,

Gerry

I am a bit worried Gerry, as up to now I have not been out in public without being cautious. Even at a walmart. We have lots of tourists who go outside when they are sick because the weather is nice. I have my wipes, and gel, and I will say a big prayer before I go. ( For the others attending as well).
These tickets arn't refundable and I don't want folks to go if they are sick. Weather is beautiful, but tomorrow night down into the 40's.
I am sorry you got the flu even though you had a shot. I know it is only 60% effective. You keep getting well Gerry. Your immune system took a hit with your surgery, so that may be why you got it to begin with. Have a good day today, and I will too. The bucket list goes on...xxxginnie
