Parents are Visiting for two and a half days!

Yeah . . . . I do not know why Dad was asking about my going to a hotel in his Texas town to see him. Maybe I will ask sometime in the future . . . he might feel like he is done talking to me for now.

I have not slept since the two hours I slept Sunday morning (7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) The two "nights" before that were three hours each. In other words, during the course of three nights I slept eight hours.

Something is wrong with me that I cannot/won't/don't want to sleep.
I feel like sleep is not what I do any more. It is not part of me. It is foreign.
I felt dis-connected. . . maybe like I am not really living in this world or in this body.

In the meantime, lots of things for work are piling up. I am so backlogged . . . . because I am too unfocused from lack of sleep to do anything except watch re-runs on t.v.

Mari I'm so glad that you got some decent sleep. I hope that you unravel the mystery of your sleeping disorder,inner belief system,and possible phobias involved. I have a sleep problem,but yours is much deeper than mine,and I'm so sorry that I don't have the answers to it. BF
