dear Waves
I finally told robert that he was terrifying me and he was scaring me from having my teeth being done. that stopped him a little. I won't buy Mickey chicken for a while and I hope my computer doesn't give me trouble(he has been so super about fixing it when i need him)then i won't see him for a while.
thank you for sharing. that made me feel better. I am so self critical but i know they look as bad as i think. hopefully in the next couple of months i will have them taken out and see shiny new teeth.
I still don't feel like going to the senior center and i wonder if my teeth is one of the reasons. I did go for a nice longer walk with cecilia yesterday and surprised myself by not getting tired. I am more depressed and irritable than anxious now.
at times it is so difficult facing life. I think that is why i read so much.
love
bobby

To be honest, I dont know when I get angry/mad/irritable you name it, about people΄s words if it is me, my hormones, my brain, or THEIR WORDS Whatever the reason, I know the feeling of being p i s s e d by a friend words specially if that friend knows what we are dealing with.... I have been very irritable with me, myself, and everyone too these days... argh... I think your idea of taking a bath and going out for a walk are pretty good.... they are supposed to help with the mood you know

About your teeth: Bobby, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. Inside and out... I mean, look you pic, you are precious and most of the times, people looks beautiful because they are beautiful inside So, no organ is more important than yourself as a whole person... Trust me, I tell you this when Im 30 and have lost 50% of my hair due to scarring alopecia, have problems with my eyes and my body, well, Im obese... hehe So yeah, I may not be perfect nor nice or good looking in the outside, but I try to be a good person in the inside you know... AND YOU ARE INDEED BEAUTIFUL !!!

I totally agree with waves... your smile, and you, will always be beautiful...

Please try not to stress a lot about your teeth

Feel better and happier soon. We love you much !
you are so beautiful. you are such a wonderful and warm person and i am so sorry that you have so many hard things you have to deal with. I remember how painful it was not having a boyfriend. I did have a soul mate at around your age and he was an alcoholic and used drugs and finally hung himself from a tree when he was 31. It is hard being bipolar because our choices aren't necessarily good for us and our emotions are so powerful. I hope you do meet a Prince Charming who will fall in love with you the way we have and thensome.
love

i finished my taxes and just have to recheck for errors and i am finished. i didn't sleep well last night and haven't been sleeping well. I fall asleep early and then get up in the middle of the night and have a hard time going back to sleep.
I seem to be really tired and depressed today. Here i thought after i finished my taxes i would feel upbeat
