>1, how old is your mother and when was she diagnosed?
At age 58, Spinocerebellar ATAXIA (Aug 2009)

>2. what pd drugs has she been on prior to sinemet?
Baclofen 10 mg Tablets August, 2010

Siniemet (Carbidopa/VLevodopa) 25-100 mg tabs - Started March 2010, increased to 2 tablets, three times a day August 26, 2010, reduced to 1 tablet 3 times a day Jan 2013

Mirapex (Pramipexole Di-HCL) ER .75 - Dec 2010 - Discontinued Jan 2010 (in conflict withAmantadine after hospitalization)

Amantadine 100 mg

>3. could you be more specific as to how she is doing on simemet when there is no dyskinesias, what sinemet formulation she is taking and dosages.

I could not get specifics about this yet... She is down to 1 pill 3 times a day and added Amantadine to try and control tremmors and keep the Siniemet low.

>4, is she seeing a neuro and what is their opinon about the dyskinesia?

Yes she is, but I doubt that I'll get a good answer as I don't know how detailed they get with the doctor. I hope that will change after this experience.
