Too Many Supplements?
Does anyone wish to share experiences regarding overdoing supplements? I started out very simple...with creatine, L Carnitine and fish oil and did notice some improvement. It was a matter of not leaving well enuff alone, I suspect, as I added NAC, quercetin, b6, folic acid, selenium and curcumin. And my tremor seems to be worse. I then cut back to my previous regimen and I think I improved a bit, but it is probably too soon to tell, So bottom line is, has any one overdone it with supplements?
