The last activity from Doody on Facebook was 22 hours ago. Likely she has no power ... I've left her a message and will get back to you all if I hear from her.

Aw, thanks everybody. It was frightening. Haven't been that scared of a storm in awhile. It looked like a hurricane outside. The wind shear was awful. Looked out and saw trees literally bent straight over and the rain blowing sideways.

Tornadoes touched in a few towns, but most noticeably in Creston and Thurman, Iowa with winds of 125 mph. I wouldn't doubt that the wind reached that high here.

But I am fine, thank you! My willow tree took a beating...branches all over and even broken pieces of limbs that were driven into the ground a few inches! Wouldn't have been safe outside! They were like spears when I pulled them out of the ground.

Thanks so much for caring.
