To me, it tastes a lot like cream cheese. The only flavoring I've tried is the peanut butter mix I mentioned:
Mix 1-1/2 cups yogurt cheese with a little less than 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter (the kind you stir). If you cover and refrigerate it, it keeps for a couple of weeks.
I've never tried this but:
Spiced Yogurt Cheese
Using 1-1/2 cups of yogurt cheese, stir 2 teaspoons each of ground cumin and ground coriander, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
I'm guessing but you could probably flavor it any way you wanted to. You can add fruit to it. You can mash a cup of strawberries with 1 teaspoon of sugar and stir it in.
I got that from a list of suggested recipes. I'd just add the strawberries without mashing and without the sugar.
