today,
I hope you are not scheduled for carpal-tunnel surgery. Nerve function to your hand is easily compromised while you are still recovering. I have a 25 year history with carpal tunnel syndrome. My head and neck can make a big difference in my hand symptoms. I have been able to avoid the knife with a variety of behavioral and other changes.
If you are interesting in hearing what I have learned about CTS, just ask.
My best to you.
