Default I love this thing!

I've been using this Thera Cane for close to five months now and I love it. I can't say I love using it, because it hurts like heck sometimes, but it sure gets results.

It's worked especially well on my calves and legs. I just lay in bed and rest my calves on one of the knobs and it really digs in there deep in breaks things up. If I move my foot around, it's kind of an active release. It's great on my hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, and IT bands as well. It's even great on my shins and ankles. It does leave bruises sometimes, but my muscles are getting so much more pliable. I've tried many other things, different types of balls, foam rollers and such, but this thing is hands down my favorite. I use it daily and rotate the areas of my body that I use it on. I'm finding that working on my entire body is best, since all the fascia connected.

The person that invented this did an excellent job, in my opinion.
