having issues with the MS hug. its gotten quite a bit worse lately. I was taking ativan and it worked great, but have switched over to Klonopin at night so I can sleep. MD thinks I have a spinal lesions that has kicked this off.

What do YOU do for the hug?

stretching exercises and baclofen. Sometimes I'll throw a little valium at the hug.

I take baclofen. Stretching makes it worse for me. I also take amitriptyline to help with sleep.

it seems to be worse when I lay down vs sitting up. is that weird? it really kicks off. I am wondering if its a spinal lesion, perhaps the body weight or position I am in pushes on it?
