I am sure we won't have any news for a couple weeks, but after that I fully expect them to accept our terms. I am so excited!

We are all ecstatic! They just LOST their funding too but they had enough that what they had promised us is STILL there for us to utilize, so this sale kinda NEEDS to go through for us to use that or else we won't be getting it from my understanding of how this is going to work. I really HOPE it works out for us, I don't see why they would refuse the sale, hopefully it will happen in the next few weeks and we'll be all moved in by Jackie's new semester!

I'll keep you all posted!

LOL! Jackie and I got 18 grocery bags of clothes and shoes to donate to the local charity together this weekend, he was a big helper too! It's going to be so awesome when we're all moved in, assuming things go our way! LOL!

You're so right Mari! It really is! I have more to go, but we'll see, we've got weeks left.

Plastic! LOL! It is a lot of stuff, it was just taking up space too. I am thinking of making MORE room too, not 18 plastic bags worth, but something. So far nothing, no word yet, but we're ready to jump on slapping cash down on the realtor for deposit on the contract!
