I think I'd probably kill myself on that.
Don't have the body strength and control to use it?
I'd advise you to try one out first, before buying.

I hope it helps you..good luck.

I have vertigo pros when I'm inverted...
Just don't use the bar you hang across a doorway-a trainer friend used that-it collapsed & now he has severe neurological damage

Sarah, you might want to post on the Spinal Disorders & Back Pain forum, too. Someone there might have tried it or have suggestions. Here's the link to that forum: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum22.html

I read the title and thought "Inversion table" had something to do with math.

I was thinking of the bad/polluted cold air that gets trapped beneath a blanket of warmer air.

We have one of these chairs, that's kind of similar in theory to the inversion table. It doesnt go as far back as the inversion table tho.

when DH had back issues the PT put him on one (supervised). DH loved it.

I, on the other hand, wouldn't dare attempt to use one. Just picture: my husband would resort to calling the fire dept to get me off/out of it. While they stood around in fits of laughter, recording scene for Youtube, would probably be when my bladder decided to let go, etc...

just think- the video could go viral and we would get invited to the Today show or GMA
