Does he have a disability rating with SSA.

It sounds as though he may benefit from part time care and later if needed a group home. Depending on the state he lives in and even the area of that state can influence what may be available. There are good books out there outlining what a caregiver can expect of a person who is brain injured. This can help you understand his needs.

It is admirable that you are considering this now and smart. Preparing now can help with decisions that have to be made later, easier. How is your brothers emotional state of mind. Can he tolerate change well?

Hi Mark.

Thank you for your reply. If I have any questions in future... now you know why.

Love my little brother and just want to make sure he will be taken care of in the future.

Hugs
