I been there...done that....we start to feel good and then push ourselves to do better/more. Determined creatures aren't we?

Glad you feel better. Falls are not fun under the best of circumstances. I think I can speak for most of us. WE all OVER Do it at times during recovery. Just rest and keep getting better. I hope all the pain goes away soon. ginnie

I am just rather annoyed with myself for over doing it. Intellectually, I knew better but......... The strange thing is that while this was about the least invasive surgery I have had and the least painful after a few days, it has turned out to be the most restrictive.......or it seems that way anyhow. This, too, shall pass.

Sorry I'm just NOW gettin in on this! Oh MY! Praise God it didn't do anything detrimental to your stim. Don't beat yourself up! These things happen no matter HOW careful we try to be.
