thanks for that, seems to back up anecdotal reports, i've heard a few neuros when asked what they notice the most often in slow progressors are they exercise and socialize. would like to have seen some kind of brain scan and wish there were better biomarkers so you could see what's happening at the cellular level but kudos to anyone researching this area. anything to slow progression while one waits for the "cure". and anything to allow taking less of the currently available meds.
of course would like to read the full paper, see what exercises they did.
