Default magnesium for RLS

I have read a few posts here regarding magnesium supplements for relief of RLS. This is verified by pubmed with magnesium supplements relieving symptoms. How much do you take? The studies utilized liquid or IV so it will be hard to do the same, they used milliosmoles of measurement.
Thanks.
