My praise of Virginia's good fortune of having a relaxed, good faith Doc, willing to work with her, in Canada's much more relaxed environment - medically management-wise, imo (having practiced in the US, and worked with both the Management of the US system and the Canadian system from across the Border in Alaska) stands.
