If I happen to be out offering reassurance to my neighbors that the Blues I am playing is NOT loud enough to kill small animals, and because of such attention to my civic duties, I lack the cognitive skill to download or upload as the kids say; and so is the discussion available in archives so I can listen to it when I go on shore leave?

I have, over the years, heard numerous negative evaluations of my cognitive skills expressed loudly in public, or have had to answer a surprise quiz when somebody says "What are you, some kind of a nut?"

The trick here is to stay silent for 15 seconds, looking very pensive, and slowly reply "Yes, yes, now that you mention it, I am. I just never thought about it until now."

So I would like to hear these people talk cognition. Will it be down or up loadable (weather permitting)
