I have a whole list of strategies I use when I fly. One of which is, I start a steroid pack a day or two beforehand. If you react to vibrations, travel is especially difficult...

At this point, daily baths with Epsom salts (or even twice daily) would be a good idea. Lododerm patches on any areas with increased pain would be worth a try.

If things don't calm down quickly, research some news meds and/or consider a Ketamine infusion, etc.
