To Bhogaji, Trixie and others using the Ayurvedic system:

Could you please share your protocol? What herbs you use and what diet and other plans you follow? Will post mine soon. Way too long for iphone typing. Thank you.

I tried ayurveda for a few months before going on pharmaceuticals but it didn't help at all I'm afraid.
