Will check back in here next week looking for your update!

Be well,

Hi Bryanna,
I saw my ears/n/thr/ specialist today. He looked at a cat scan I had done of my sinuses and thinks they look pretty good. The infection doesn't seem to have invaded the sinuses. (many of my friends have been prayering for me, which I am a firm believer of, and it seems they were heard.) He agrees for me to arrange to see an oral surgeon to deal with the tooth and bone, etc. I will be phoning in the am and hope that he will see me asap. Time to get that tooth out.
Thanks again,
Syd

Talking tooth out!

Hi Bryanna,
My daughters collegues gave me the name of a top oral surgeon. They agreed to do my surgery and booked it in only 6 days from phone call. I had the surgery this morning. The tooth is out and all infected bone and tissue was removed. All went really well and I am so grateful to be rid of this chronic infection. For years I have felt like I had no energy. I wonder now if this on- going infection was taking my energy with my body always fighting this. I am so grateful for finding this site and for the info you have provided. Without it I would probably still have the tooth and from your response.....the outcome would not have been very good.
Thanks again Bryanna for your help and honestly.
On the mend,
Sydney

I am so glad you were open to my comments. I know how disturbing it can be to hear that you have a severe infection that may be making you sick. Hopefully your immune system with perk up soon and you'll be feeling good as new

Hi there,
It is two days post op and I am feeling pretty good. I was told to apply ice 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off for 48 hrs. I have had almost no swelling at all. Must be the prayers. Miss eating nuts, one of my favorite foods, lol.
Thanks again for everything.
Syd

Default Feeling fine

It is almost 3wks. post op. and I am doing great. No problems or pain. My energy is up and I am grateful. Will be happy when the hole is completely closed up and no longer have to rinse and worry about food collecting there. So very happy to be finially off antibiotics. Felt like I was always taking them and that can't be good for the body.
Take care,
Syd
