serratus slides are good though, but you are facing a wall
i wonder how many people here have downwardly rotated shoulders
its weird this guy whos a shoulder guru, im not going to post his vids but he says that the upper trap is actually inhibited in downwardly rotated shoulders. you get trigger points around the shoulder blade but the real problem is the levator and the rhomboids.
i definitely have this on my right side (where it wings at the bottom) but i dont think its common to tosers. it could be an aggravating factor tho
