I need some new insights

I am now going into my 5th year and i am starting to feel some coldnes around my ankles and calfs which is freeking me out.
What i am more interrested in is how this is going to effect the quality of life I have.
I am sure that have this because of the dapsone i used ,I can only focus one thing and if dapsone is the case how can I detoxify myself am already using alfa lipioc acid and acetyl L carnitine with borage acid and Q 10.Also ordred the N-Acetyl Cysteine.But i am sure if this is not going to help me maybe its slowing down this illnes.
Did anyone here have a thought on stemcell thereapy.I am not sure about because of the price and it looks more those folks are more interrested in making money.And its not a FDA approaved treatment

I think stem cell scientists are a way off curing Neuropathy but it will come
I am at a loss to advise you on what to ask your neurologist, mine has just accepted I have idiopathic small fibre PN. My pain consultant has had more joy in treating this curse.
