Odd symptom

I am new to this foum so please bear with me.
I am almost embarassed to ask this question but being an RN, I know that I have an unusual symptom.
About one month ago I started noticing that when I laugh out loud I involuntarily make the "raspberry sound" with my lips. Only lasts for a couple of seconds and probably not noticeable to others. Seems like it is only when I laugh or make an audible sound. It is really hard to describe. When I say the raspberry sound I mean the "brrr" sound. It is like my lips vibrate a little without me being able to stop it.
The only other problems that I have which have been ongoing for quite awhile are involuntary jerks when I am laying down and also restless leg syndrome.
I would appreciate any feedback.

I wonder if you take antidepressants? SSRI type? These can cause movement disorders in people who are on them long term (6mos or more). They also can cause restless legs in some people. This is because they affect dopamine ...the exact relationship is not understood yet, but it does happen in some patients more than others.

Another cause of RLS, is low magnesium.

aim for 50% of the RDA to start, if you decide to try it. And avoid Oxide form as it is not absorbed, and remains in the bowel as a laxative.
