My Mood:
Default Tramadol

When I was in the hospital for my Thyroidectomy they prescribed Tramadol for my pain. The oother day my radiation blisters led to an eye infection and keeping my eyes working led to one of my worst headaches ever. So I went home and took this tramadol and went to bed telling Dad to fend dinner for himself. 30 minutes later I was pain free and cooking him dinner.

The thing to note is this pain pill never worked before, BUT THIS SCRIP WAS FOR TWICE THE DOSE! I am so compliant that I never would of thought its not working was only dosage related. Huh. Go figure.

I am continuing with jackhammer treatments once a week and feel much improved.

I am also doing boytos vit e and my hair has never grown so fast.

Thanks for the update tied, sorry to hear of the pain but glad something helped.

I took Toradol for pain, a kick butt anti inflammatory aspirin type pain reliever, no opiads, that works wonders on my cervogenic head pain.

Last time the PCP filled it they called in Tramadol. I did not realize a big difference and took it. BUT it reacted with my Lexapro and I had huge anxiety and fear factor set in. chest pain, so anxious.
I can not take anything like triptans (migrain meds) with the Lexapro, effexor type meds.

I will have to try it when i am off the Lexapro.

I don't know what amount boytos takes, but here is a website with recommendations -
http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitamine/

Also our vitamins & supplements forum is pretty good for info like this too.
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum49.html

there is the natural vit E as well as the synthetic E - that might be another thing to consider with supplements - quality of the ingredient, absorbability etc.

I used to read about all this vitamins/supplements stuff ages ago, but my brain can't multi task like it used to... I've forgotten much of it and new findings have come into play also.
