Default Thoracic Subarachnoid cyst

Hello. I am new to the forum and am looking for info. I have recently had an MRI that shows a dorsal subarachnoid cyst. I have been having symptoms such as pain in my shoulder and numbness and weakness in my left arm and hand. Has anyone here had this experience? I am scheduled to see a neurosurgeon in 2 weeks and am having trouble finding anything on this. When I search all I find is regarding arachnoid cysts in the brain. Was trying to get an idea of what I can expect in regards to treatment and recovery. Anything regarding your experiences will at least give me an idea.

Thanks,
Renee'
