How BLESSED to know folks 'round the world fear for us and pray!! God is GREAT, and we are finally blessed to be home under the tile of our roof in a home of brick and masonry. Reckon I will have to take lessons on how to post a picture so you may share in the result of your faithful prayers for restoration.
Our Nathaniel has proclaimed this haven of rest to be GREAT and it is good, for he never seemed to feel home was found in the rental; yes, a place of security he treasured, but not home. For this reason, he had refused to even see the home into which we are now moved prior to the move, for he was sore afraid! God is healing him with the touch of this place our son has happily embraced as his new home. We are thus blessed to be, all five, under one roof again, as throughout the move of the past week, we have been separated, partially here, partially there. There is cheer in the air....... along with the smoke from our beautiful mountains claimed by fire set by our own government which walked away from the "controlled burn" because they believed it was all out without thoroughly checking. Death has claimed some. Homes have fallen to ash. We always wanted to have a home in the mountains, but it was the terrible lessons of this past few days which always unnerved us.
We pray along with you for the families affected by the hand of plasma which purges everything in its path, even so as to prevent fire crews from reaching some in harm's way thus they perished.
May the Great Comforter be at the side of all of those who know pain, whether it be of body bent under the beast we who gather here know, or of the pain brought by any of life's other conditions such as here these recent days in Colorado.
