Default Chiari Malformation & syringomyelia

Hi

I have recently had my condition confirmed as the above, and I am SCARED beyond belief , I am due to have surgery within the next 4 weeks for the syringomyelia, what can I expect?

You'll get lots of support and understanding here. Hopefully it will help lighten the fear and anxiety. Make yourself at home and look thru the other forums. Post wherever you feel inclined.
