Cool B12

Hi , every one i'm new,
just one question, why would a b12 shot cause unquenchable thirst?
and leg pain (nerve):

There are many different ways people are affected by B12 deficiency. One explanation for what you describe is: that those areas have been affected and your body is attempting to repair the damage.

Default Good!

I hope you also will consider taking methylcobalamin B12 (on empty stomach)and a B complex (at a different time of day).

Best wishes,

rose

The patch might work, although I can't vouch for it.

I can vouch for the oral. No need for shots unless you have an extremely rare situation.
