MoodKit - Mood Improvement Tools

Hi,

Someone has developed an app for mood that is being sold on iTunes for $4.99.

This little app is packed with so much self help therapy, it's like having a therapist right with you when ever you may need one. I use this for PTSD and find it quite helpful. I especially appreciate the commitments you can make and not forget about. There is also a thought checker so you can maybe find patterns and change them as well as a journal to write about anything.

I love this app and would recommend it to anyone who needs to change something within themselves. This helps you do it!

It apparently has some CBT-type features like list of goals, suggestions to redirect thinking, . . a journal
I might try it someday when I feel like spending $4.99. Does anyone else think this could work for some people?

Hi, Bizi,

I guess an application is a small computer program.

Here is what wikipedia says:
Quote:
App Store may refer to:
--A generic term for digital distribution platforms, such as BlackBerry App World, Android Market, Windows Phone Marketplace, HP App Catalog or Ubuntu Software Centre.
--Amazon Appstore, an online application distribution system for Android devices
--App Store (iOS), the official Apple online application distribution system for iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch
--Mac App Store, the official Apple online application distribution system for Mac OS X
--Intel AppUp, online application store developed by Intel Corporation for Microsoft Windows
I have an app on my iPod so I can download free books. There might be other ways to download books, but I do not know how to do that. Here are some of my apps:
-iBooks
-Pandora Radio
-Angry Birds
-iTunes
