MoodKit - Mood Improvement Tools
Someone has developed an app for mood that is being sold on iTunes for $4.99.
This little app is packed with so much self help therapy, it's like having a therapist right with you when ever you may need one. I use this for PTSD and find it quite helpful. I especially appreciate the commitments you can make and not forget about. There is also a thought checker so you can maybe find patterns and change them as well as a journal to write about anything.
I love this app and would recommend it to anyone who needs to change something within themselves. This helps you do it!
It apparently has some CBT-type features like list of goals, suggestions to redirect thinking, . . a journal
I might try it someday when I feel like spending $4.99. Does anyone else think this could work for some people?
